How do blogs enhance existing web sites? The best part about blogs is that they are interactive. Communication occurs in both directions. Blogs are wide-open for creative expression. They are not static.
Are blogs an easier way for people to self-publish? I think so. You can get information out onto the web in a short amount of time. I guess if I can do it, than anyone can. You don't have to pay a fee or know html code.
